Supervision services, including HSE, scaffolding, piping, E&I, mechanical, and commissioning
Oversight during SCM module production and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Third-party inspections at fabrication and coating facilities to ensure compliance and performance
About the Project
Boosting Energy Independence & Economic Impact
In June 2023, OMV Petrom and Romgaz approved the development plan for Neptun Deep’s commercial fields — Domino and Pelican South — following regulatory endorsement. Phase II builds upon these plans, supporting both Romania’s energy security and its economic development.
Execution involves collaboration with leading international contractors, selected for their expertise in deepwater operations. Among them are companies like Saipem, Transocean, and Halliburton, all contributing to the complex offshore construction process.
The offshore platform’s topsides construction began in May 2024 at Saipem’s yard in Karimun, Indonesia, marking a key milestone in project delivery.
